I plan to make this site dedicated to all things fitness and personal success related, in order to help the readers reach their goals.
This site will be geared toward 20-something-year-olds, as I have just graduated college myself, with a Bachelors degree in Biology and minor in chemistry.
Fitness topics will include everything from diet plans to workout routines, in addition to supplements and any special tips to help reach goals!
Success topics will include how to stay productive and focused. This may also include side topics that really get the blood flowing in the brain!
I plan on releasing an ebook sometime in the near future, as soon as enough time reveals itself in my schedule.
Let’s also hope that I will be able to write 1-2 blog posts per week.
